半焦作为高炉喷吹用煤研究

摘    要:为探索鞍钢高炉喷吹半焦的可行性,在分析半焦性能基础上,以鞍钢常用煤种作为基础煤种,开展了配入量作为水平的优化配煤实验,并对优化后的混合煤粉的输送性能、燃烧率、理论置换比进行分析。实验结果表明,混合煤粉中配入小于15%的半焦要比现场正在喷吹的混合煤粉的输送性能略微改善,混煤的燃烧率提高约2%,理论置换比都在0.95以上,远高于行业要求标准,半焦作为高炉喷吹用煤完全具有可实施性。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of injecting semi-coke into blast furnace in Ansteel, the experiment for optimization of coal blending by taking the quantity of blending semi-coke into coal as standard indicator was carried out by using common variety of coal in Ansteel as primary coal based on analysis of the properties of semi-coke. After that the transportation property, combustion ratio and theoretical replacement ratio of the optimized blended pulverized coal were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the conveying ability of blended pulverized coal with adding the semi-coke less than 15% improves a little bit comparing with that of pulverized coal injection (PCI) in Ansteel at present, the combustion ratio increases by 2%about and the theoretical replacement ratio is over 0.95, all of which are above desiredvalues specified in industrial standards, indicating that it is completely feasible for semi-coke to use as pulverized coal for injection into blast furnace.
