农业纤维素废物转化为酒精

摘    要:利用热纤梭菌Clostridiumthermocellum可将农业纤维素废物转化为酒精。研究表明:热纤梭菌ATCC27405转化稻草、玉米秆、玉米叶可分别产酒精1.60,2.25,2.01g/L;热纤梭菌NCIB10682则为1.70,2.05,2.20g/L。利用ATCC27405诱变菌发酵稻草和凤眼莲,酒精最大浓度可达3.2和6.3g/L。

Abstract:The direct conversion of agricultural cellulose waste into ethanol by clostridium thermocellum ATCC27405 and NCIB10682 appears to be completely feasible. The study indicates that rice straw, mazie stalk and mazie leaf can be converted to ethanol by two strains, and the ethanol yield is 1. 60,2. 25,2.01 g/L in ATCC27405 and 1. 70, 2.05, 2. 20 g/L in NCIB 10682,respectively. The mutant (ATCC27405) can ferment rice straw and Eichhornia Crassipes, the maximum concentration of ethanol being found to be 3. 20 and 6.30 g/L.
