摘    要:针对SP侧压定宽机间歇工作、振动频率低和非平稳等特点 ,以声音信号为监测对象 ,开发和设计了其运行状态监测系统。系统基于LabView虚拟仪器平台 ,以小波分析 ,盲源分离等非平稳信号处理技术为机器特征的提取工具 ,结合常规的时域统计方法 ,对侧压定宽机实施监测。以实测信号分析验证了该系统的有效性

Abstract:A monitoring system is designed to deal with a heavy sizing press on the hot pressing line based on its sound signal.The press operates under complex circumstances that are interval load,very low vibration and nonstationarity.The system is developed based on the virtual platform of LabVIEW and focused on the processing technologies for nonstationary signal such as wavelet analysis,blind source separation etc.Integrated the conventional statistics methods,the system can monitoring the press.The validity is proven by both analysis of the real sound signals and extraction of the gearbox features.
