摘    要:建立用近红外漫反射光谱鉴别不同产地黄柏药材的新方法.采集不同产地的黄柏药材及其伪品的近红外漫反射光谱,用模式识别方法进行聚类分析,建立判别模型并用三重交叉验证的方法对模型稳定性进行验证.黄柏样品与伪品能较好地区分开;建立模型后对已知训练集样本的分类精度高达100%,对未知样本的预测精度达到100%,该模型具有很好的预测性能,这说明了所建方法性能优良,能够适用于黄柏药材的不同种植产地分类鉴别.近红外光谱法简便、快速、不破坏样品,结合模式识别方法能够准确鉴别正品、伪品以及不同产地的黄柏药材.

Abstract:To establish a Near Infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopic(NIRDRS)method for the identification of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis from different production area.The near infrared spectra of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis from different origin were treated by cluster analysis which is a method of pattern recognition.Then,establish a discrimination model,and validate the stability of this mod- el by triple cross validation.Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis samples and the spurious breeds can be well discriminated.After modeling, the classification precision of training set reached up to 100%,and the forecasting precision also reached 100%.This model possessed good predictability that demonstrated the method can refer to identify Cortex PheUodendri Chinensis from different origin.The simple, fast and nondestructive NIRDRS combined with pattern recognition method analysis provided a new approach to identify Cortex Phello- dendri Chinensis from different origin and its spurious breeds.
