| 摘 要： | 研究了以天然薯莨提取液为染料,应用汽蒸染色方法对真丝织物进行染色增重,探讨了汽蒸温度、湿度、次数、时间、带液率和含固量对真丝增重率的影响,并比较了用Fe2+、Cu2+、Ti4+、Fe2+、-Cu2+、Fe2+-Ti4+、Cu2+-Ti4+进行后处理的改性效果.结果表明Fe2+、Cu2+、Ti4+3种金属离子及其复配用于后处理,均在一定程度上提高了薯莨提取液染色增重真丝的透气性.能明显提高真丝织物的紫外屏蔽性能.其中经Cu2+-Ti4+处理后的真丝织物紫外屏蔽性能最为显著.

| Abstract: | The weighting and dyeing of silk fabrics are performed with dioscorea cirrhosa extract as natural dye by steaming method, and the effects of steaming temperature, humidity, cycles, time, pick-up and solid content of the extract on the weighting percentage are discussed. In addition, the modification results of the silk fabrics post-treated by metal ions are compared. |
