| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招的毕业生进入就业市场，大学生的就业面临更加严峻的挑战。为了适应新的就业制度和就业形势，就业指导引起了高校的广泛重视。目前多数高校对学生的就业指导仅局限于毕业前开设的就业指导课，真正意义上的就业指导并未纳入教育体系，高校的就业工作想要有所作为，必须探索新的就业指导模式。
