摘    要:首先阐述了备受关注的钢结构疲劳破坏的危害性,从冶炼过程以及微观角度阐述钢材中疲劳裂纹的产生机理和分布的复杂性,并针对土木工程钢结构的焊接加热过程对材料的影响进行分析,阐述了焊接裂缝成为先天的"疲劳裂纹",从而加快焊接结构的疲劳破坏进程;总结前人研究得出的焊接残余应力的存在对焊接结构的疲劳强度的影响;最后提出了一些抗疲劳措施.

Abstract:This paper firstly states the perniciousness of widely concerned fatigue damage in steel structure;and then from the view of metallurgical process and microscopic structure states analyzes the engender mechanism and distribution complex of fatigue crack.For steel structure widely used in civil engineering,heating process during welding influence on the material is analyzed as well stated that the welding cracks in the weld defects are congenital "fatigue crack" which speeds up the process of fatigue failure of welded structures.The impact of the presence of welding residual stress on the fatigue strength of welded structures is summarized.Finally,some anti-fatigue measures are proposed.
