| 摘 要： | 分析了目前县级土地利用总体规划中建设用地指标常用分解方法存在的问题及其产生原因，针对县级规划指标分解特点和需求因素，结合实际应用经验，提出了“项目主导型”方法，讨论了其优缺点，为建设用地指标分解工作提供指导。

Aim at the characteristics and need factor of index distributed in the general land use planning of country, combined with the practical application experience, proposed the project predominance method, and approach to discuss the advantages and disadvantages, to provide instruction to construction land index decomposition. |
