氢爆碎(HD)工艺对Nd-Fe-B 磁体的制备、微结构和磁性能的影响

摘    要:选用40HP和40SHP牌号合金铸锭分别采用氢爆碎和传统制粉工艺制备了烧结磁体,研究了氢爆碎工艺及烧结温度对磁体的微观组织和磁性能的影响.结果表明,HD工艺能明显提高NdFeB磁体的磁性能.

Abstract:In this paper,hydrogen decrepitation(HD)and conventional powder making method were respectively applied to the production of powder for 40HP and 40SHP magnets.Influence of the two methods on the microstructure and magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets was investigated.The results show that magnetic properties of NdFeB permanent magnet made from HD powder is evitably improved.
