| 摘 要： | 刀轴类机器的加工质量和产量与刀辊承受的力矩、刀辊转速、送皮速度等动态参数紧密相关。本文用计算机、A/D 卡、扭矩传感器及光电转速传感器建立微机自动监测系统,对上述变量进行适时监测、记录(0～10000次/秒),然后在幅值域、时域及频域方面自动进行数据处理.这一工作为刀轴类机器结构参数、运动参数、动力参数以及操作参数的研究提供了必需的手段,同时为刀轴类机器的计算机控制建立了一定的基础。

| Abstract: | The machines with blabed cylinder have a great influence in leather manufacturing process.The leather quality and quantity are related with the feeding speed of the leather,the moment and the revolutionary rate of the cylinder. In this paper,those three parameters are measured and analysed by an automatic measuring system which consists of a computer,A/D card,a mo- ment sensor and a light-electric revolutionare rate sensor.Basis upon this, some results about the structure,motion,power and operation of the mac- hines with bladed cylinder have been achieved. |
