1000kV特高压GIS电流互感器现场误差智能化检定系统设计与应用

摘    要:1000kV特高压GIS电流互感器误差现场检定时,由于其试验回路长、阻抗大,常规的试验方法存在升流困难及操作复杂的问题。基于特高压GIS电流互感器的结构特点分析和多年的现场工作经验,本文设计和实现了1000kV特高压GIS电流互感器现场误差智能化检定系统,论述了检定系统的组成及实现方案,提出了功率电力电子电源与电工电源串联技术、自适应无功补偿技术和智能化检定技术,介绍了智能工频电源软硬件设计方法,给出了多组合无功补偿装置的实现方法。特高压南京站、泰州站1000kV电流互感器现场检定实验表明,该检定系统能准确计算被试电流互感器的的电气参数,自动进行无功补偿,自动实现谐振升压和误差检定,提高了现场检定技术水平和工作效率。

Abstract:When on-site error verificaition is conducteded for 1000kV UHV current transformer in GIS, due to length test circuit and large impedance, conventional test methods have the problems of flow difficulty and operation complexity. Based on study of structure and feature of UHV current transformer in GIS and years of on-site operation experience, this paper designs and implements intelligent on-site error verificaition systemSfor 1000kV UHV current transformer in GIS.The composition and implementation scheme of the system is introduced. Power electronic power supply and electrical power supply series technology, adaptive reactive power compensation technology and intelligent verification technology are proposed, and the hardware and software design methods of the intelligent power frequency power are introduced. Verificaition experiments for 1000kV current transformer in UHV Nanjing and taizhou station show that the verificaition system can calculate accurately the electrical parameters of the tested current transformer, adjust automatically reactive power compensation, realize automatically resonance rising flow and error verificaition,and therefore improves the technical level of on-site test and the working efficiency.
