因子分析对水泥生产企业环境影响评价的探讨

摘    要:我国水泥工业的生产特点是资源和能源消耗较高、环境负荷较大。如何进行环境负荷的合理分析评价,这对企业实施清洁生产和循环经济运行非常重要。作者采用因子分析方法,选取10家不同生产工艺(立窑、湿法窑和新型干法窑)的水泥生产企业,进行了环境负荷的特点分析和综合评价研究。结果表明:(1)用因子分析方法对水泥企业进行环境影响的分析评价是可行的;(2)从生产技术、资源消耗、环境酸化和人体健康等主要反映环境负荷影响的综合指数方面的分析表明.新型干法工艺具有显著的优势.而湿法窑和立窑工艺则明显处于不利的地位。

Abstract:Great resource and energy wastage and heavy environment load is the characteristic of China cement industry.Therefore, it is very important that how to analyze and evaluate the environment load reasonably for the cement enterprise to realize clean production and circulation economy.With Factor Analysis method, the author chosed ten cement enterprises of different production process(shaft kiln, wet kiln and pre-calcining kiln) to analyse and assess the environment load comprehensively. The results show that: (1) It is feasible to analyse and assess environment effect in cement industry by Factor Analysis method; (2)According to the analysis result of the main comprehensive environment-load-effect indexes as production technique, resource wastage, environment acidification and people`s health, the Pre-calcining Kiln process has predominance and the wet kiln and the shaft kiln process is obviously disadvantaged.
