膳食纤维咀嚼片对小鼠通便功能的评价

摘    要:目的研究膳食纤维咀嚼片对小鼠通便功能的作用。方法按照《保健食品检验与评价技术觃范》(2003版)中通便作用检验方法,经口分别以1.15、2.3和6.9 g/kg·BW剂量的受试物对小鼠灌胃, 15 d后测定其小肠墨汁推进率、排首粒黑便时间、5h内排粪便粒数和粪便重量。结果与空白对照组相比,2个实验模型对照组、高、中、低3剂量组体重均无显著性差异(P0.05)。与模型组比较,高剂量组首次排黑便时间明显缩短(P0.05), 5 h内排黑便粒数和重量显著增加(P0.05);高剂量组(6.9 g/kg·BW)小鼠小肠墨汁推进率无显著性差异(P0.05);中剂量组(2.3 g/kg·BW)和低剂量组(1.15 g/kg·BW)小鼠小肠墨汁推进率、首次排黑便时间、5 h内排黑便粒数和重量均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论该膳食纤维咀嚼片具有通便作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of dietary fiber tablet on defecation function in mice. Methods The mice were orally administered with different dosages of dietary fiber with 1.15, 2.3 and 6.9 g/kg?BW, respectively, according to the standards for defecation function in Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food (2003). The items of ink propelling rate in small intestine, the time of first defecation, the quantity and the feces weight within 5 h were determined after continuously intra-gastric infusion for 15 d. Results There were no significant differences (P>0.05) in values of the weight increase among all the testing groups, compared with the items from control group. There were significant differences (P<0.05) in values of the time of first defecation and the quantity and the feces weight within 5 h in the high dosage group (6.9 g/kg?BW), compared with the items from model group. However, there were no significant differences (P>0.05) in values of ink propelling in small intestine. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences (P>0.05) among the ink propelling rate in small intestine, time of first defecation and the quantity and the feces weight within 5 h in the middle dosage group (2.3 g/kg?BW) and low dosage group (1.15 g/kg?BW). Conclusion The dietary fiber tablet has a defecation function in mice.
