可剥离胶塑化膜的制备与性能研究

摘    要:将氯醋树脂与烷基磺酸酯类增塑剂、热稳定剂等助剂进行高速混合制备可剥离胶,并对其形貌特征,力学性能以及热稳定性能进行测试表征。结果表明,可剥离胶在塑化温度为150℃,塑化时间为10min时其力学性能最好,形貌特征最完善;在二月桂酸二丁基锡热稳定剂含量为0.75%(质量分数,下同)时,塑化膜的热稳定性能最好;在非硅酮聚合物类消泡剂质量分数为0.75%时,塑化膜的消泡效果图最好;此外,制备的可剥离胶塑化膜在浓度为20%的盐酸和氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min,塑化膜无脱落、无小泡等现象发生,并且能实现大面积剥离。
