摘    要:随着射电望远镜频段的提升,天线口径越来越大,主反射面精度越来越高,对天线安装的要求也越来越高。文中以70 m天线反射体的现场安装为研究对象,对比分析了70 m天线与国内外其他大型天线反射体在结构上的区别,按安装工艺流程对该反射体的安装过程进行了阐述,并介绍了它的安装及测量方法。通过设计使用工装解决了大型球节点式桁架结构反射体的安装、检测及定位问题,并提出了安装过程中测量基准确定及转换的一般原则,最终达到了70 m天线反射体的设计精度要求,并提高了现场安装的效率。该工程研究对大型天线反射体的安装具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:With the increase of frequency band of radio telescope, the antenna aperture is larger and larger, the accuracy of main surface and the requirement of antenna installation are higher and higher. In this paper, taking the field installation of 70 m antenna reflector as an example, the structural differences between 70 m antenna and other large antenna reflectors at home and abroad are compared and analyzed, the installation process of the reflector is described from the installation process and the installation & measurement methods of the reflector are introduced. The installation, detection and location problems of the large spherical truss structure are solved by designing special tools. The general principle of determination and conversion of measurement reference during installation is put forward. The design accuracy requirements of the 70 m antenna reflector are met and the field installation efficiency is improved. This research has practical reference significance for the installation of large antenna reflectors.
