| 摘 要： | 指出中小型民用建筑是城市建筑的主要组成部分，构成了城市的基础环境，在城市景观中具有重要作用.呼吁建筑师应该关注中小型民用建筑的创作，努力创造精品建筑；并根据中小型民用建筑的特点，提出了在创作中特别要强调的3种基本创作意识人本意识、环境意识和特色意识.

| Abstract: | The medium and small-scale buildings constitute the base environment of the city and play an important role in urban landscape. The idea that the author appeals to architects to pay close attention to the creation of the medium and small-scale buildings and try to create elaborate works. The base creative consciousness, which inclndes humanism, environment and local feature, should be especially emphasized in the creation of the medium and small-scale buildings is presented according to their feature. |
