固相微萃取气质联用分析野茉莉花的香气成分

摘    要:研究了贵州产野茉莉花的芳香成分,用固相微萃取技术提取野茉莉花的香气成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行了分析测定,共鉴定出37个化学成分,占挥发油色谱总峰面积的92.71%。其中含量较高的组分有:w(α-蒎烯)=24.87%、w(β-香叶烯)=12.68%、w(橙花叔醇)=12.15%、w(桂皮醛)=9.09%、w(反式-β-罗勒烯)=7.76%、w(3-苯基-丙烯醇)=5.52%、w(小蠹二烯醇)=2.74%、w(芳樟醇L)=2.53%、w(β-蒎烯)=1.80%等。

Abstract:Volatile components in the flower of Styrax japonicus Sieb.from Guizhou province were studied.The volatile oil was obtained by solid-phase microextraction and was analyzed by GC-MS.37 compounds were separated and identified,accounting for 92.71% of the total volatile oil.The main components include α-pinene,β-myrcene,nerolidol,cinnamic aldehyde,transβ-ocimene,3-phenyl-2-propen-1-ol,terpineol-4,ipsdienol,linalool L,β-pinene etc.
