摘    要:研究了PCrN i3MoV辊套通过双液淬火后的冷热疲劳特性,指出,当加热温度在500~700℃范围时,PCrN i3MoV辊套具有较高塑性,在室温~450℃温度区间具有较高的冷热疲劳寿命。

Abstract:The cold and hot fatigue property of PCrNi3MoV roll ring after double quenching has been studied in this article,which described when the heating temperature is in the range of 500-700℃,it has higher plasticity,and when the room temperature is within 450 ℃,the roll ring has higher cold and hot fatigue lifetime.
