神经网络在入侵检测系统中的应用

本文简要分析了当前的几种入侵检测方法,指出了将神经网络应用于入侵检测系统的优越性。重点介绍了LVQ神经网络的结构及其学习算法,提出了将LVQ神经网络用于入侵检测系统的方法,并给出了基于LVQ神经网络的网络入侵检测系统模型结构。最后,用matlab进行了仿真实验。结果表明,运用LVQ神经网络检测入侵,可以达到较高的准确检测率,是一种有效的入侵检测手段。

Application of Neural Network in Intrusion Detection System

The paper analyzes several kinds of intrusion detectiontechnique, and points out the superiority of applying neural net-work in intrusion detection system. It mostly introduces thestructure and study arithmetic of LVQ neural network, puts for-ward the method applying LVQ neural network in intrusion de-tection system and gives the structure of intrusion detection sys-tem based on LVQ neural network. In the end, a simulation ex-periment in MATLAB has been carried out. The result expressesthat the intrusion detection system based on LVQ neural networkcan attain a higher accurate examination rate. So it is an effec-tive intrusion detection method.
