DZ450/9-S自升式底座的起升三角架的有限元分析

摘    要:在对其受力分析的基础上确定了在三角架开始起升时所承受的载荷最大。依据三角架的实际结构建立了具有弹性基础的三维有限元模型,按两种工况对模型加载,采用专业有限元计算软件计算。对计算结果的分析表明,DZ450/9-S钻机底座的起升三角架满足强度、刚度及稳定性要求,且具有富裕量,应考虑三角架的结构优化。

Abstract:Through the analysis of forces for the triangular frame-work we know that the biggest load only occures at the initial stage of elevating the substructure.Its finite element model of three dimensions on the elastic foundation is built according to the actual structure of triangular framework.Two sorts of loads are respectively everted on the triangular framework.Then,the special finite element software for calculation is used in order to obtain useful result.Finally,the results show that strength,stiffness and stability of the triangular framework can meet its requirement,and its strength and stiffness are abundant.Therefore,we suggest that the optimization of the structure design of triangular framework should be considered.
