植物激活蛋白对烟草抗病促生和品质的影响

摘    要:本文研究了植物激活蛋白对烟草花叶病毒病的盆栽和田间诱抗效果以及激活蛋白对烟草生长和品质的影响。结果表明:植物激活蛋白能显著诱导烟草抑制花叶病的发生和发展,枯斑抑制率达70.18%;小区第2次和第3次处理后7d调查的诱抗效果分别达48.49%和53.7%,与菌克毒克效果相当,高于抑毒星;大田施药后20d和45d后调查的诱抗效果分别达72.87%和73.4%植物激活蛋白能明显促进烟草生长,表现为株高,留叶数和叶面积增加,其中株高增长7.42%,中上部叶面积分别增加10.35%和14.8%;激活蛋白对烟叶品质有较明显的影响,其中可溶性糖、还原性糖、蛋白质含量以及施木克值比对照高,其化学物质含量符合优质烤烟质量指标,对改善烤烟品质有明显作用。

Abstract:The plant activator protein greatly increased the resistance of tobacco to mosaic disease. It decreased the form and the numbers of wilt spot. The inhibition of wilt spot was 70.18% . The resistance-induced efficacy was 48.49% and 53.70% after 7d second and third spraying in plot respectively. This result did not lower than that of chemical JUNKEDUKE. In the field, resistance induced efficacy was 72.87% and 73.4% after 20d and 45d spraying respectively. The result was same as that of common chemicals. Plant activator protein improved the growth and quality of tobacco. Height of plant and area of leaves of tobacco were increased by 7.42% and 14.8 % respectively, The content of total sugar, reductive sugar, protein and value of Simuke were distinctly increased. Other chemical content was accorded with the criterion of high quality tobacco.
