大型变压器铁心拉板涡流损耗的应用研究

摘    要:在模拟变压器铁心低磁钢拉板涡流损耗模型试验与计算验证的基础上,利用作者的计算大型变压器铁心低磁钢拉板涡流损耗的二维有限元模型,对典型变压器绕组漏磁场和影响铁心低磁钢拉板涡流损耗的拉板开槽数目,开槽长度,开槽宽度和拉板开槽方式等因素进行了定量的分析,得到了若干在实际产品设计中具指导意义的结论。

Abstract:On the bases of model experiment and calculating validation on simulating eddy current loss of core tie-plate made of non-magnetic steel in large transformers, using 2D FEM models of calculating eddy current loss of core tie-plate established by authors, the quantitative analyses are carried out on winding leakage field and factors of influncing eddy current loss of core tie-plate of typical transformers, such as slot numbers, slot length, slot width and slot type of core tie-plate etc. And a number of useful conclusions in transformer design are drawn.
