| 摘 要： | 福建省地下水资源天然补给量丰富,地下水水质总体良好,但可开采量有限,各地开发利用程度不均衡,地下水管理与保护工作比较薄弱。随着经济社会的发展,东南沿海地区地下水供需矛盾渐趋突出,生态环境与地质问题日益凸显。本文在总结福建省地下水资源现状的基础上,对地下水进行功能区划分,初步提出福建地下水管理与保护的建议,为进一步开展福建地下水管理工作提供技术依据,为实现地下水资源可持续利用,经济社会与资源环境协调发展提供保障。
