计算机仿真在链式冷床设计中的应用

摘    要:链式冷床是钢管生产中的常见设备,钢管在其上面通过断续横向滚动获得较好的冷却效果和直度效果。常见的链式冷床有单向链式冷床和双向链式冷床。综合了两种冷床的特点,简析了计算机仿真在链式冷床设计中的一些应用,通过拨爪受力的变化,确定冷床倾斜角,使其更好的实现了设计功能。

Abstract:Chain-type cooling bed is the common equipment in production of steel pipe,steel pipe could get a better cooling and straightness by on top of intermittent horizontal motion on top of chain-type cooling bed.Chain-type cooling bed usually has single chain-type cooling bed and two-way chain-type cooling bed.Combining features of the two cooling beds,this article briefly analyzes the application of computer simulation in chain-type cooling bed designing,through force changes of dial claw,to determine angle of inclination of chain-type cooling bed,which is helpful for chain-type cooling bed to better implement its designing function.
