摘    要:提出一种新的计算静态电压稳定临界点非线性规划模型与评估方法。为能正确地描述各种动态调节设备限制作用对临界点的影响,将发电机、有载调压变压器和静止无功补偿器的限制作用特性采用非线性互补模型描述并加入到计算系统电压稳定临界点的最优化模型中。通过临界点的互补约束的严格性条件和拉格朗日乘子快速判断临界点的类型。同时,提出在互补约束的松弛参数更新方程中加入加速收敛因子,提高考虑互补约束后算法的收敛性。通过对多个测试系统和一个实际系统的仿真计算,验证所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract:A nonlinear programming model for voltage stability critical point was proposed. Generator reactive limiter, load tap changing limiter and static var compensator adjust limiter were modeled by nonlinear mixed complementarity constraints and incorporated into the optimization problem to determinate critical point of voltage stability of power systems. The type of critical point was evaluated by the strict condition of complementarity constrains and Lagrange multipliers, so that the limit induced bifurcation points and voltage constraint limit points are easy identified. The accelerating factor was incorporated into the relaxed parameter updating equation to improve convergence performance of the algorithm including complementarity constrains model. The numerical results for several standard systems and a practice system show that the proposed method is effective.
