Al2O3工程陶瓷超声振动钻磨表面质量的试验研究

摘    要:通过超声振动钻磨与普通钻磨的对比试验,研究了缓进给超声振动钻磨对工件表面微观形貌和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,超声振动钻磨可明显地提高A l2O3工程陶瓷表面的质量,是陶瓷精密加工的一种新方法。

Abstract:Researched the influence of the ultrasonic vibration drilling and grinding with low feeding speed on the surface characteristic and the surface roughness,on basis of the comparison experiments of ultrasonic vibration drilling and grinding process and common drilling and grinding process.Experimental results show that ultrasonic vibration drilling and grinding process can obviously improved the surface quality of Al_2O_3 engineering ceramics,therefore,as a new method about ceramics precision finishing can be considered.
