复杂地层土压平衡盾构推力和刀盘扭矩计算研究

摘    要:千斤顶推力、刀盘扭矩是盾构设计制造及掘进的重要控制参数.通过对盾构推进过程中盾构与围岩相互作用规律的分析,系统分析了土压平衡盾构总推力、刀盘扭矩的影响因素.提出了考虑刀盘挤土效应及土舱内压力分布模式影响的推力计算修正公式,及综合考虑了刀盘挤土效应与开挖面土体渗透性的刀盘扭矩计算修正公式.通过对深圳地铁二号线香香区间掘进载荷实测数据的分析,对修正公式在复杂地质条件下的适应性进行了验证.该修正公式对复杂地层中土压平衡盾构掘进载荷的确定有一定的指导意义,可用于盾构刀盘装备扭矩设计和施工参数的预测.

Abstract:Thrust and cutter head torque are controlling parameters in shield designing,manufacturing and driving.Based on the analysis of the interaction of shield and soil in the process of shield driving,the factors which influence the thrust and cutter head torque are analyzed.The modified formula of calculating thrust has taken the influence of the effect of cutter head compressing the front soil and pressure distribution pattern in soil chamber into consideration and the modified formula of calculating cutter head torque,which has taken accout of the composite influence of effect of cutter head compressing the front soil and permeability of soil,were deduced.Through the analysis of the measured data of Xiangxiang section in Shenzhen Metro Line No.2,the adaptability of these modified formulae in complex strata were proved.The modified formula will provide some positive guideline to design a better EPB machine and predict the driving parameters.
