摘    要:
隔离式负压射孔技术是一项新型的射孔完井工艺技术。该技术通过对施工管柱的整体设计和隔离短节、负压阀等关键结构的研制,解决了靠气举掏空套管内压井液或用泵车(人工)向油管内灌注压井液实现负压的方法。利用负压阀通过井筒压力自动实现负压(负压值根据要求设定),可与撞击式或压力式起爆器配套实现油管输送射孔。通过3口井现场应用表明,隔离式负压射孔自动准确实现了负压值,缩短了施工时间,降低了劳动强度。

Abstract:
As a new isolated under-balanced perforating technology, the structure of TCP string is redesigned, isolated sub and under-balanced valve are used. Thus, emptying the well fluid in the casing by air pumping or pumping the killed fluid into the tubing to realize under-balance pressure is not needed. By using under-balanced valve the under-balance pressure can be obtained automatically from wellbore. This kind of valve can be connected with impact or pressure detonator to execute TCP operation. According to the field applications isolated under-balanced perforation can precisely realize under-balance pressure, save time and labor costs.
