闭合五杆缝纫机送料机构的运动仿真和轨迹优

摘    要:对闭合传动的两自由度五杆缝纫机送料机构进行了动态仿真和轨迹优化研究。编制的仿真软件可实现全部结构参数的动态输入,动态仿真。它可实时获得各运动构件的位置、速度和加速度及表征送料机构主要特性的参数和机构的仿真动画,并可根据实际需要,通过参数的调整而获得不同的针距及倒车和顺车运动并给出倒顺车的误差。GC-8-1型双针缝纫机的仿真实例表明,通过轨迹优化得到的基本参数可达到正、倒车轨迹高度吻合(正倒车误差=0.23%)和送料轨迹的各项指标均满足要求的理想效果。闭合传动的两自由度五杆送料机构的仿真分析方法及动态仿真软件可为缝纫机的设计及安装提供依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the kinematic simulation and trajectory optimization for the enclosed driving 2-DOF five-bar feeding mechanism of sewing machine. The programmed soft-ware can realize the dynamic input of all structural parameters and kinematic simulation. It can obtain the real-time simulation result of the positions,velocities and accelerations of every moving links and the key characteristic parameters and simulation animation of the feeding mechanism. And it can also obtain different stich lengths and variable motions including forward feeding or reverse feeding of feeding mechanism by adjusting the values of basic structural parameters according to the design requirement,and the difference of between forward and reverse stitch lengths can be gotten. The simulation example of GC-8-1 two-needle sewing machine indicates that the needle tracking of forward feeding and reverse feeding is very coincidence(the differnce of between forward and reverse stitch lengths is 0.23%),and every performance index of feeding trajectory is within the allowable value,based on the trajectory optimization. The method of simulation analysis and the kinematic simulation soft-ware for enclosed driving 2-DOF five-bar feeding mechanism can be used as the reference for the design and assemble of sewing machine.
