| 摘 要： | 以振动断屑机理为理论基础，探讨研制低频振动切削实验系统的一些方法，并应用于深孔加工中的DF系统．实验分析结果明显优于常规的深孔加工，达到理想的切削效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of vibration cutting mechanism,this paper probes some ways in which the testing systems of low frequency vibration cutting are designed,and puts them to the DF system for deep-hole machining.The results of experiments analysis are much better than that of normal deep-hole machining.Finally ideal cutting results are attained. |
