摘    要:针对于解决我国现阶段配电网自动化和无自动化并存的负荷分析问题,提出一种基于抄表策略的配电 网负荷模式分析方法。典型负荷模式结合运行人员经验,去改进原有抄表工作步骤来累积无自动化量测用户 的负荷“轮廓特征点”信息,并对信息分析处理,提出简化负荷模式的建立方法,利用多元模糊模式识别方法来完善负荷模式,综合完善的负荷模式、馈线首端自动化量测和用户的月电量信息,为配电网运行管理提供基础负荷信息。算例结果表明了负荷信息所描述的负荷变化范围基本能够满足运行要求,同时提出的分析方法 在我国现阶段配电网中具有可操作性。

Abstract:To solve problem of load analysis in distribution system which is characterized by the coexistence of automation and non-automation, this paper presents a load pattern analysis method in distribution system based on meter reading strategy. The typical load pattern and operator's experience are combined to improve conventional approach of meter reading for accumulating the information on characteristic point of load profile of non-automation measurement consumer. Analyzing and processing the gained information, this paper proposes an establishing method of simplified load pattern. Moreover, the multiple-unit fuzzy pattern recognition is employed to complete load pattern. Finally, the complete load pattern, load data collected by automation measurement at the head of feeder and monthly consumption are combined to compute the basic load information for the management and operation of distribution system. The case results indicate that the load information expressed as range of load variety can basically meet the operation demand. The method proposed in this paper has the practicability in present distribution systems in China.
