摘    要:
肉类食品质量关系到消费者的健康与权益问题,肉类食品在仓储与运输过程中极易受到温度、湿度、CO2等环境因素的影响,加速了肉类品质的劣变,使其存储保质期较正常情况下明显缩短.为解决肉类食品在运输过程中因环境变化所引起的变质问题,本文设计了一种肉类食品运输车环境监控系统,首先采用ZigBee作为数据采集节点,经过无线传感网(WSN)对数据传输,然后根据采集结果进行微处理,最后通过GPRS网络上报控制台,对肉类质量进行监控及预警,从而保证了肉类食品在运输过程中,有效的监控了肉类食品的食用安全.

Abstract:
The quality of frozen meat is related toproblems of consumer rights andhealth, frozen meatis affectedextremely by temperature, humidity, CO2 and other environmental factorsin the process storage and transportation, and accelerated deterioration of meat quality. Therefore, thestored dates less than the normal expiration date. In order to solve the problem of meat quality which environmental changes caused the quality problemin the process of transportation. An environment monitoring system of meat quality in the transportenvironment was designed in this paper. Firstly, the data was collected by ZigBee , and the data wastransferedby wireless sensor network (WSN). Secondly according to the result of the data collection was proceeded by micro processing.Finally,Through the GPRS network reported to the console to monitor and early warn for meat quality.This process can effectively monitor meat quality in transportation,to ensure edible safety.
