LPEC-2型小型催化剂自动加料器的研制

摘    要:针对国产第一代LPEC 1型小型催化剂自动加料器故障率高的缺陷 ,研制了新一代的LPEC 2型小型催化剂自动加料器并已得到应用。主要的改进包括采用了适于粉体介质的耐磨阀门 ;用电子荷重传感器取代了气动荷重传感器 ;用微孔金属丝网取代了化纤纺织物流化膜以及使用了性能优异的防爆控制系统等 ,从而明显地提高了设备的耐用性能

Abstract:To overcome the high stoppage rate of the first generation LPEC-1 mini-type automatic catalyst feeder, new generation LPEC-2 mini-type automatic catalyst feeder has been developed and applied. The main improvements are: (1) Adopting wear-resistant valve that is suitable to fine medium, (2) The pneumatic load sensor has been replaced by electric load sensor and the chemical fiber fluidized film replaced by micro-hole metal screen. In addition, the explosion-proof control system with excellent performance has been adopted. So the durability of the equipment has been evidently enhanced.
