TiO_2/FEVE氟碳涂料耐老化性能试验分析

摘    要:以氟碳树脂作为成膜物质,通过添加纳米TiO2等紫外线吸收剂,制备了高耐候性涂料,用该涂料制备了涂层样板,进行了人工加速老化试验。通过测试涂层的光泽值以及变色(色差),检测了涂层的耐老化性能;通过温度冲击试验,检测了涂层耐温变性能。

Abstract:Using fluorocarbon resin as binder and nano TiO2 as ultraviolet absorbent,the coatings shows high aging resistance.Coating sample of the coatings is to undergo the artificial accelerated aging test.Gloss value and the discoloration are tested to give the aging resistance;the temperature impact test gives the temperature change resistance.
