摘    要:孵化控制系统是一个多变量、多干扰、大滞后的复杂动态系统,将复杂的孵化控制系统分解成风门模糊控制系统、加温专家模糊控制系统和加湿专家模糊控制系统,提出一种专家模糊控制方法,该方法将专家控制方法、模糊控制方法、前馈控制方法成功应用于家禽孵化设备,实现了温度、湿度和含氧量的智能控制;系统投入运行表明,动态响应好,控制精度高,易于各种孵化的实现,从而提高了孵化率.

Abstract:As the incubation control system is multivariable, multi-disturbing, lag largely, the complex incubation control system was divided into air throttle fuzzy control system, heating expert-fuzzy control system and adding wet expert-fuzzy control system. An expert fuzzy control method is proposed and successfully applied in the domesticated fowl incubation equipment, which integrated expert control method, fuzzy control method with feed-forward control method, and the temperature, the humidity as well as the oxygen content intelligent control was realized. The run of system indicated that, the system has such virtue as the tendency responds quickly, the control precision is high, easily realize each kind of incubation, thus it enhanced incubation ratelargely.
