汽车行业铸铁材料切削数据库系统的功能与结构

摘    要:按照建立数据库的一般步骤,针对数控加工切削用量的查询与选取,建立了汽车行业用铸铁材料切削数据库的设计开发流程。按照刀体、刀片、刀体—刀片对面铣刀进行了分类。建立了符合SQL规范的实体关系框图。

Abstract:In accordance with the general procedures of the establishment of a database,aimed at the query and selection of NC cutting parameters,the design and development process of a cutting database for machining cast iron materials in automotive industry was established.According to relationships of tool body,cutting insert and tool-body/cutting-insert,face milling tools were classified.The entity-relationship diagram according with the Structured Query Language(SQL)standard was set up.
