摘    要:
本文报道新络合剂8307对大鼠体内~(234)Th、~(141)Ce 的促排效果。实验结果表明,注入同位素后,立即肌注8307,使2天内尿中~(234)Th 排出量为注入量的73.0%,是对照组的15倍;使肝中~(234)Th滞留量为对照组的1/18,股骨中~(234)Th 滞留量约为对照组的1/2。使用8307后,使大鼠尿中~(141)Ce的排出量显著增加,肝中~(141)Ce 滞留量显著降低。

Abstract:
In this paper,the effectiveness of a new chelating agent,8307,for removal of incorporated radiothorium and radiocerium in rats was reported.The result showed that excretion of ~(234)Th in urine of rats admi-nistrated with 8307 is 15 times as more as control,being 73% of injectiondose,The retention of liver was 17 times as less as that of control,retentionof femur was 2 time less,compared with control.The removal of incorporated~(141)Ce from rats was also markedly enhanced by 8307.
