招聘过程中毕业生诚信缺失的博弈分析

摘    要:为消减在高校毕业生招聘过程中,毕业生与用人单位之间的信息不对称而出现诚信缺失行为的负向影响,通过博弈模型分析方法,对诚信缺失的原因进行分析,提出毕业生诚信缺失行为的防范对策,以促进规范、诚信就业市场的建立,使招聘风险得到有效规避。

Abstract:In order to reduce the negative effects of lack of honesty behavior arising from asymmetric information between graduates and employers in the process of college graduates recruitment,the precaution measures are presented in the paper through the game model analysis and the cause analysis of lack of faith which will promote the establishment of the job market integrity and effectively evade the recruitment risk.
