3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚的合成与表征

以3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯二酚和环氧氯丙烷为原料两步法合成了3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚。探讨了催化剂体系、原料配比、碱用量对产物质量的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,最佳工艺条件为:n(TMBP)∶n(ECH)=1∶15;n(TMBP)∶n(NaOH)=1∶2.25,并用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征,同时对产物分子质量、环氧值、有机氯含量、无机氯含量、熔点进行了测定。结果表明,它的分子质量为354,环氧值为0.54~0.57,有机氯<40 mg/100 g树脂、无机氯<20 mg/100 g树脂,熔程104~110℃。

Synthesis and characterization of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-diphenyl diglycidyl ether

3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-diphenyl diglycidyl ether was synthesized from 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-diphenol and epichlorohydrin by two-step method.The effect of catalyst,epichlorohydrin and base on product was studied.The optimum process was determined and was that,n(TMBP)∶n(ECH)=1∶15,n(TMBP)∶n(NaOH)=1∶2.25.The chemical structure of the obtained new epoxy resin was characterized with IR and(~1HNMR.) The molecular weight was analysed by mass spectrometry,the physical and chemical properties of product was determinated.The result showed that molecular weight was 354,epoxide number was 0.54～0.57,organic chloride content<40 mg/100 g,inorganic chloride content<20 mg/100g,the process of thawing was 104～110 ℃.
