摘    要:针对天津石化乙烯装置汽油分馏塔结焦,从裂解原料轻质化和劣质化、塔结构因素等方面进行了原因分析。通过采取对塔内件改造、控制塔顶汽油回流量、优化裂解炉操作、注入阻聚剂和分散剂、优化减黏塔的运行、控制裂解原料品质等应对措施,汽油分馏塔运行效率明显改善,确保了装置安全、稳定、高效运行。

Abstract:Specific tofractionator coking problems in ethylene unit of Sinopec Tianjin Branch,factors as improper cracking material constituentsand fractionator structures were analyzed.Measurements as fractionator interior modification,overhead gasoline reflux control,pyrolyzer operation optimization,inhibitor and disperser adding,Viscosity reducing tower process optimization and cracking materials quality control were adopted to ensure the safe,steady and highly efficient running of unit.
