钢铁企业余热余能回收利用措施研究

摘    要:文章以某钢铁企业为例,分析了钢铁企业余热余能利用现状及存在问题、影响余热余能回收利用的主要因素,提出余热余能回收利用措施,通过回收低品质余热替代采暖蒸汽、增加发电用户消化富余蒸汽、关停及优化洗浴分散用户、新建燃气-蒸汽高效发电系统等,实施后可以做到区域供热平衡,减少蒸汽消耗,提高余热利用效率。

Abstract:In this paper,the present situations,existing problems for utilizing waste heat and complementary energy as well as the main factors influencing recycling waste heat and complementary energy in iron and steel enterprises are analyzed by taking an iron and steel enterprise as an example.Moreover,such measures for recycling waste heat and complementary energy as replacing heating steam by recycling low-quality waste heat,increasing power generation users to utilize surplus steam,shuting down and optimizing dispersive bathhouses as well as establishing new high-efficiency gas-steam power generation system are proposed so that the regional heating balance can be achieved,steam consumption can be reduced and utilization efficiency of waste heat can be improved after implement them.
