王坡矿3210孤岛工作面矿压分布规律探讨

摘    要:为了得到王坡煤矿3210孤岛工作面回采过程中的矿压显现规律,通过对采场S型覆岩结构矿压规律进行分析,并建立工作面采空区顶板力学模型计算得到3210孤岛工作面回采过程中初次来压步距为32.4 m,周期来压步距为20 m。进一步使用3DEC数值模拟软件进行该孤岛工作面的回采作业分析其矿压规律,确定3210孤岛工作面回采过程中初次来压步距与周期来压步距分别为35 m、20 m,工作面煤壁前方约9~12 m范围内将出现24 MPa的峰值超前支承压力,超前支承压力的影响范围为50 m左右。研究结果可以为煤矿提前采取应对措施确保孤岛工作面的安全高效生产。

Abstract:To obtain the law of rock pressure during the mining process of 3210 island coal face in Wangpo Coliery,the article analyzes the mining pressure law of the S-type overburden structure in the stope,and obtains that the initial pressure step during the mining process of the 3210 isolated island face is 32.4 m and the periodic pressure step is 20 m based on calculation of mechanical model of goaf roof.Through the use of 3DEC numerical simulation software,the article finally determines that the initial pressure step and the periodic pressure step in the mining process of the 3210 island working face are 35 m and 20 m respectively.A peak leading bearing pressure of 24 MPa will appear in the range of about 9~12 m in front of the coal wall of the working face,and the influence range of the leading bearing pressure is about 50 m.
