C3602铅黄铜切削表面粗糙度的研究

摘    要:结合实际生产情况,设计了与工件表面粗糙度有关的因素水平表.以此为基础,在国产CD6140A型车床上对C3602铅黄铜进行了正交切削试验,分析了各因素水平对工件表面粗糙度的影响.结果表明:工件进给速度对表面粗糙度的影响最大,切削深度和刀具前角次之,工件硬度影响最小.

Abstract:The factors and levels graph related to surface roughness of the parts was designed combining practical manufacturing in this paper. On this basis, the orthogonal test of leaded brass C3602 was made on the domestic lathe CD6140A and the influence of various factors and levels on surface roughness was analyzed. The results show that the effects on surface roughness are feed speed, depth of cutting , tool rake angle and parts hardness in turn.
