摘    要:阐述了一种混合动力车用蓄电池管理系统的设计过程,重点讨论了高压电管理、高精度参数采样及蓄电池状态估计算法的实现.通过混合动力总成台架试验对系统的实用性和准确性进行了验证.结果表明,系统高压安全达到国家混合动力汽车安全标准,参数采样精度高,电池状态估计精度符合混合动力系统对电池管理的要求.

Abstract:Several key technologies of Battery Management System (BMS) for a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) are presented, including high voltage management, high precision parameters sampling and the estimated algorithm of State of Charge (SOC). The serviceability and validity of the BMS are proved by a series of bench tests. The results indicate that the high voltage safety of the system conforms to the Hybrid Electric Vehicles Safety Specification, and that the accuracy of both parameters sampling and SOC estimation meets the requirements of a HEV Battery Management System.
