| Abstract: | Through identification and analysis of the main risk factors of offshore wind farms and study of the concerns in preliminary safety assessment of offshore wind farms,the paper discusses the safety assessment of the wind farms,and proposes the key points of offshore wind farm safety assessment,which plays a positive role in the safety assessment work. |
