| Abstract: | Thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)is a kind of excellent material with comprehensive properties of rubber and thermoplastic,and thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)is a branch of TPE.TPV can be prepared by dynamic vulcanization,and it has the excellent sealing performance of ordinary vulcanizates.This paper introduces in detail the physical properties and comparative data of Santoprene TPV,which can be used as a multi-purpose material for various automotive sealing systems.It also introduces domestic manufacturers with similar products,which can meet the application of automotive sealing systems. |
