高速公路填石路堤压实质量试验研究

摘    要:对试验区填筑层厚分别为60 cm、80 cm、100 cm、120 cm的填石路堤开展了静载20 t振动碾压试验,以及填筑层厚分别为80 cm、100 cm的填石路堤开展了静载25 t振动碾压试验,主要通过孔隙率和沉降差指标对填石路堤压实质量进行检测。研究发现:在确定碾压机械与压实层厚的前提下,碾压遍数达到一定后孔隙率逐渐趋于一稳定上限,碾压遍数的增加对减小孔隙率的影响很小。在压实机具一定的条件下,压实沉降差和被压实体层厚影响关系不明显,一旦不同层厚的碾压次数达到规定范围,其沉降差就能小于某一值。因此,对填石路堤进行有效的质量控制需要把沉降差和施工工序管理结合起来,沉降差只可作为孔隙率评判标准的补充性依据。

Abstract:The rockfill embankment with the filling thickness respectively 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm were carried out by static load 20t vibration compaction tests, and the rockfill embankment with the filling thickness 80 cm and 100 cm respectively were carried out by static load 25 t vibration compaction tests in the experimental zone. Mainly through the index, namely settlement difference and porosity, the rockfill embankment compaction quality was tested. It is found that porosity tends to be stable after the compaction times reach a certain time, and it's not obvious to decrease the porosity by increasing the compaction times once the compaction machine and the compaction thickness are determined. As the compaction machine is determined, there is no obvious relationship between settlement difference and the compaction thickness. The differential settlement will be decreased to a certain value as long as the compaction times reach a certain time. In order to carry out effective quality control, the differential settlement can only be used as a supplementary criterion for porosity evaluation criteria and it must be combined with the construction process management.
