| Abstract: | Based on the policy for the construction and development of rural roads, the paper analyzes the construction and maintenance management of the rural roads, points out some problems in the system, the institutes, the construction and maintenance funds, and points out some suggestions combining with the construction and development of new rural areas, so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of rural roads. |
