真空中石墨微粉烟幕的红外消光性能研究

摘    要:基于外层空间高真空的特点,为研究红外干扰材料在外层空间的适用性,实验研究了真空中石墨微粉烟幕的红外消光性能,并与常压下石墨微粉烟幕消光性能进行了比较.结果表明,石墨微粉烟幕在真空度0.03MPa的环境中具有良好的红外消光性能,但弱于常压下的消光能力.分析表明,当真空度较高时,烟幕微粒的沉积速率加快,烟幕有效质量浓度及微粒数浓度减小,烟幕消光性能降低.

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of high vacuum in outer space, in order to study the applicability of IR interference materials in outer space, the IR extinction performance of graphite micro-powder smoke in vacuum is studied exporimentally, and the extinction performance in vacuum is compared with the extinction performance in normal pressure. The results show that the graphite micro-powder smoke has high extinction ability in vacuum 0.03MPa, which is less than the normal pressure one. Analysis show that the smoke particles sedimentation velocity is increased with the increasing of the vacuum degree of environment, the decreasing smoke mass concentration and particles number make the smoke IR extinction ability reduced.
