环保型融雪剂的高效缓蚀剂的研制

摘    要:为了减轻融雪剂对基础设施钢铁的腐蚀,开展了磷酸二氢钠、硫尿、葡萄糖酸钠、钼酸盐、硅酸钠、钨酸钠和天冬氨酸等6种常用缓蚀剂对碳钢缓蚀性能的研究。结果表明复合型缓蚀剂对碳钢的缓蚀效果较好,符合相关的要求,缓蚀率达到99.56%。

Abstract:To ease the corrosion of snow - melting agent to the basic inirastructure, the research sodium dihydrogen phosphate, thiourea, sodium gluconate, molybdate, sodium silicate, so- dium tungstatc and aspartic acid is carried. The results indicat that the compound of corrosion inhibitor has highly effective protection and accords to the relevant requirements. The corrosion inhibitor rate reached 99.56%.
